Hey. I'm new to the site, and there seems to be a lot going on. What do I do? I need help!

About the Admins/Mods, etc...
I've been hearing things about Staff Members. Who are they, and what do they do? How do I tell them from the regular members?
The staff members are the ones that help me run the site. They inforce the rules, create boards and so one. You cantell who they are because they have the glowing names
I'm interested in becoming a Staff Member. How do I become one?
If you want to, and a positsion opens, then you can try out. If one opens, then there will be an anounsment
I feel that an Admin/Mod has been too harsh/mean, etc... on a member/on me. What can I do?
PM me, and tell me where it took place, and I'll take care of it. If it's me you have a problem with, PM one of the other admins and they will talk to me about it.
About the Rules
I disagree with some of the rules stated here. Can I do anything about it? Who can I tell about this?

Do the Staff Members have to follow the rules? What if I see you or another staff member break a rule?
Yes, the Staff Members have to follow the rules. If you see one of us breaking a rule, PM me, being very polite, and tell me what happened and where.
